060769 -        At this time, the editing tools in MS Word and Front Page
060770 -        Editor, which is a supped up HTML editor, do not offer a very
060771 -        easy solution for novices to accomplish this editing task.

060776 -    6.  The 1st page footer on the standard MS Word form does not work
060777 -        well in HTML, or at least I have not figured out how to
060778 -        accomplish it, with the result that the contents of the footer
060779 -        that identifies who prepared the document and the date of
060780 -        issue appear on the last page, instead of the first page.

060782 -        Of course on-line, this is a moot question, since pages per se
060783 -        are irrelevant.  Hopefully, there will be a transition from
060784 -        printed documents to electronic media, so that people are less
