061510 -      I am pleased to learn that the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers
061511 -      reports that Communication Metrics is an effective method to
061512 -      provide "intelligence" for daily management.  During my term as
061513 -      Commander of the Corps we tried to develop automated management
061514 -      with IBM and others, but were unsuccessful. Communication Metrics
061515 -      appears to have succeeded, and gone beyond, by integrating time
061516 -      and information to produce "knowledge."  As understanding of this
061517 -      breakthrough permeates public conscience, Communication Metrics
061518 -      offers the best chance yet to create opportunity from the burden
061519 -      of too much information flowing to leaders, cited by Henry
061520 -      Kissinger, George Shultz, Robert MacNamera and others.
