071315 -    which I call POIMS.  Using POIMS results in a new management
071316 -    science which I call communication metrics.  My experience in
071317 -    industry and independent research indicates this is a significant
071318 -    advance in the practice of managment.  My letter invites
071319 -    consideration for inclusion of communication metrics in the
071320 -    curriculum at UOG, as is occurring at the Wharton School of
071321 -    Business.  I did not mention in my letter, however, and so do so
071322 -    here, that a survey of the kind you are doing on New Product
071323 -    Development is needed for communication metrics.  In particular you
071324 -    will notice from the POIMS paper that this technology lifts the
071325 -    capacity to think, remember and communicate.  A controlled study at
071326 -    a university like yours would be an excellent project.
