091422 - don't have any alternatives because PG&E has decided to use only

091427 -     I did not mention that solving the current difficulty with the
091428 -     Document Management program will not meet Glenn's objective to
091429 -     improve productivity of the Law Department (see ref SDS 1 line
091430 -     172, and ref SDS 1 line 206).  Better productivity can only come
091431 -     from an automated way to create links between documents and
091432 -     related history, analysis and scheduled tasks.

091434 -     While SDS is a DOS program, it runs under Windows.  More
091435 -     importantly there are no Windows programs that improve management
