141611 - said she finally read the paper on "New World Order Needs Old Time

141614 - techniques for general purpose analysis.  I mentioned calling her
141615 - several times to hear her comments, but was unable to make contact. It

141619 - I explained the idea of SDS is that automating the citation process
141620 - makes it practical to apply it more widely and more often (actually
141621 - constantly) and this lifts productivity by insuring greater accuracy
141622 - and consistency in daily decision making and analysis.  Anne feels
141623 - the POIMS idea of a "Communication Engineer" to apply SDS is similar
141624 - to the Para Legal position in legal practice.  I explained that it
141625 - also extends the practice of cost and schedule endgineers, ref SDS 4
141626 - line 241.  Basically, we are giving people new skills and new tools

141632 - tax report. Anne said KHLS has worked with Ed; she believes UPR is
141633 - familiar with SJG's work.  She suggested Ed will likely know the form
