091198 -     1.  SDS provides a way to quickly capture the record and link it

091201 -         ings, calls and E-mail.  This fosters consistent application

091206 -     2.  SDS instantly retrieves what has been entered.  This makes it
091207 -         more valuable to enter more of the record.  Entering more of
091208 -         the record means more mistakes are discovered at a time when
