050801 - Followed up work at ref SDS 3 line 63.  I gave Bob the schedule for
050802 - Gold Hills Horseshoe, and reviewed with him the GO 131-D network.

050805 - I delivered the schedule to 123 Mission to give ref DIP 3 line 34, to
050806 - Buck.  Buck was not in, so I called for Bob in order to get into the
050807 - building and get the thing delivered.  Bob came down and so we talked
050808 - about GO 131-D.  He said progress on GO 131-D work is going well, and
050809 - he expects PG&E can commence work on 950302, per schedule. Bob said
050810 - he has developed a network showing the tasks and sequencing to
050811 - perform GO 131-D requirements.  I asked if I could see this to

050814 - He escorted me upstairs to his office.  Bob showed me a hand sketch

050816 - PG&E's understandings of the requirements.  This was very rudiment-

050818 - of the work. Bob explained a number of subsidiary steps, including
050819 - coordination among PG&E functional departments (e.g. Law, Public
050820 - Relations, Rates,...).  It was my impression that these steps are not
050821 - fully grasped in their broad implications for project impact.
