081415 -     The schedule runs from 931201 to 971010.  I was able to get the
081416 -     full 4 year period to print on a single 8.5 x 11 sheet in
081417 -     landscape mode by changing the Format for Time Scale, using
081418 -     months and setting the increment to 3.  Then set "Enlarge" to

130901 - The new schedule file 941126b for completion without GO 131-D
130902 - exemption, shows completion on 971010, which is aobut 3 months past
130903 - the generally understood target completion date.  This date includes
130904 - about 3 months to remove the existng line that is being relocated.
130905 - Therefore, Sierra is actually receiving power in 970711, the date to
130906 - Energize, Test and Release for Operation.

130908 - The schedule can be shortened by constructing the Reconductor
130909 - concurrent with Relocation.  Bill indicated this would be more
