083003 - Discussed the options of renting v. trying to configure a PG&E 386,
083004 - and decided to proceed with the rental.  Bill will include additional
083005 - funds for a monthly rental in the contract.  I said we can get it
083006 - cheaper if PG&E rents it.  Bill feels that the time and cost of admin-
083007 - istration for PG&E to do the rental, warrants having Welch do it at
083008 - the higher price.  I indicated the price will be $755 per month.
