060901 - Followed up discussions at ref SDS 9 line 112.  Denis said the plans
060902 - for KH move have progressed.  They will be located at 76 Montgomery
060903 - and expect the move will be completed in November or December.  He has
060904 - discussed with Jennel becoming the firm's SDS person.  Denis has con-
060905 - cluded he cannot capture the record himself.  He wants someone to do

060908 - I offered to spend a month with KH to transition Jennel and develop
060909 - their computer network.  We could agree on a lump sum budget that
