040938 -      2 line 321, not capturing more information.  I mentioned the
040939 -      article by Tom Davenport in HBR, indicating that managers spend
040940 -      1/3 of their time with documents, and 2/3 with people.  The
040941 -      dealings with people are largest source management problems.
