060601 - Had a nice visit on Easter at Pam and Bill's place in Concord.

060603 - Ron and Kim came with their kids; and, Bill had his kids who organized
060604 - an Easter Egg hunt for Stephanie and Amy.  As usual Stephanie found
060605 - the most eggs, but Amy applied her full measure of enthusiasm for the

060608 - It is too bad Steve and Lilly could not come.  Amanda and Mathew
060609 - would have added to the excitement. However, Mathew seems to have
060610 - come down with Chicken pox, so they felt under the circumstances,

060613 - Pam seems to be doing well with her pregnancy.  Millie was
060614 - disappointed recently when Pam told her she asked Kim to be with her
060615 - at a pending visit to the doctor for a check up.  She recalled 40
060616 - years ago upsetting her mother by asking her mother-in-law to go with
060617 - her to the doctor, because she did not want to embarrass her mother
060618 - by asking her to take off work time.  Her mother cried and told
060619 - Millie that she should have been given the opportunity to help her
060620 - daughter, or say she could not do it, rather than have Millie assume
060621 - she couldn't.

060623 - Now 40 years later, her Mother's disappointment has been made more
060624 - real, as Pam has repeated the path of her Mother's youth.  This is
060625 - one of those delicate personal calls, where trying to avoid problem
060626 - "a" winds up causing problem "b".  The inexperience of youth recurs,
060627 - like snow melting each season and winding its way to the sea. Each
060628 - path is a little different, but the result is the same. None of this
060629 - came up today though.  It was a very enjoyable visit.
