- Summary/Objective
-
- Morri said the SDS Diary seems to him to be the most helpful feature
- of SDS in doing his work. He looks up information mainly by calling a
- Diary Summary, and he uses the Diary Summary to make follow up tasks
- each day so they are linked to his current tasks. He also uses Diary
- records listed in current records to step back through the record.
-
- He uses the Subject Index only rarely to look up information. He
- uses the Contact system minimally.
-
- He also likes automatic roll over of unperformed tasks and
- highlighting.
-
- He does not seem to use the follow up in the Schedule analysis and
- adjustments record.
-
- I called him back to verify that he has in fact replaced his former
- procedure of keeping a manual notebook, with SDS. He said that most
- of the time with his manual notebook, the papers got misplaced so
- they were not helpful. He would call up someone to ask what they
- said but often the person could not remember.
