061101 - Sarah said she has prepared comments on the draft amendment #2, ref
061102 - OF 1 line 10, to the Welch Agreement, but is waiting to submit her
061103 - views until after Power submits its trip report on the York meeting

061106 - She explained the Welch contract need not be amended in order for the
061107 - Department to continue to pay Welch.  Further discussion indicated
061108 - that Welch needs an agreement for business reasons and that clarifying
061109 - the objectives and period of the Welch assignment would be helpful to

061112 - Sarah wants to see if the Power report on the York trip shows Power
061113 - can accomplish the reporting needed by the Department without Welch.
061114 - Sarah feels the Welch SDS reporting is unnecessary to the project and
