046126 - received an opinion from Stanford Neuroscience that MRI finding
046127 - of stroke was incorrect, there was no stroke. Symptoms were
046128 - caused by medical mistake giving conscious sedation for EGD
046129 - dilation procedure hours before symptoms occurred. VA
046130 - Neurology concurred and gave clearance to climb Half Dome.
