111339 - 5. As you know, your grandmother has assisted with a plethora of meetings at the doctor's office in San Francisco this past year. Her long experience in health care advances doctor/patient partnership to guide the medical team. Our route driving to the VA Medical Center in San Francisco goes through
111340 - Golden Gate Park. Kathy mentioned recently that your mom may have visited the world famous De Young Museum located in the park, when she attended the University of San Francisco. We have discussed from time-to-time that you and Simone might also enjoy seeing the De Young Museum and other exhibits in the park. It is really a terrific place to just walk around, maybe walk out to the beach where you can see ships plying their way

111345 - to have lunch in the cafeteria at the Va Medical Center a few blocks away. There is a spectacular view of ships going and coming into San Francisco Bay under the Golden Gate Bridge. That's the same route into the Bay Sir Francis Drake took 440 years ago, when he sailed the Golden Hind from England across the Atlantic, through the Straits of Magellan at the tip of South America and up the the coast to what is now called the "San Francisco Bay"...
