041337 - the 2nd set took only 3 weeks, and we are now over 5 weeks for
041338 - the next set, Doctor Hewitson's order may have been disrupted

041342 - 7. Doctor Hewitson's prescription to soak feet twice a week for
041343 - 20+ minutes with water vinegar 50/50 solution (and baking soda
041344 - added) seems initially to be effective maintaining feet for
041345 - daily 15 mile hikes. Hiked over 300 miles in October, then
041346 - largely took November and December off. This helped heal the
041347 - feet. Past 2 weeks have ramped up mileage again. Hopefully,
041348 - feet will hold up. Metatarsalgia seems controlled with
041349 - orthotic inserts, Hoka shoes, wool socks and ibuprofen, all of
041350 - which you prescribed. That's a big success, essential for
041351 - maintaining elevated HDL required for cardiology.

041355 - "twice-a-week" protocol. Still getting blisters, but much
