193118 - mid-40s to 70. Nominally, HDL lipids are difficult to
193119 - increase. It can only be accomplished with extended endurance
193120 - exercise. Elevated HDL above 60, regresses atherosclerosis, a
193121 - significant factor extending life, assuming you don't get run
