321316 -    3.  I wanted to provide an update on the Team In Training Rock N
321317 -        Roll Marathon. The marathon was last Sunday and I'm very happy
321318 -        to say that I was able to complete the entire 26.2 miles.

321328 -    4.  The weather was beautiful but ended up a bit warmer than
321329 -        expected.  I walked the entire marathon and finished in 5:50:06
321330 -        (under six hours).  Initially my goal was to finish before they
321331 -        scrapped you off the course but at mile 17 I realized that if I
321332 -        kept my pace I might be able to come in under six hours.  So, I
321333 -        kept up the pace and finished strong.  It was a very emotional
321334 -        moment for me.  I hope my brother was proud of the
321335 -        accomplishment.
