210941 -        insecurity and paranoia and leads to chaos and disarray because

210945 -        is restored.  "I am valued", "I am wanted", "I am needed" - no

211034 -        coronary "Holter" test last week to monitor heart function.
211035 -        Should be okay, just checking for afib.  Concern now is avoiding
211036 -        injury from hiking.  Friday did 3 laps in very good time, but
211037 -        wound up with severe pain in the right foot.  Millie had this in
211038 -        about 1993 and could not do any heavy exercise for a year.  In
211039 -        any case, this is very minor compared to suffering in Japan and
