040949 -    3.  This afternoon OA 1400, I began coughing.  This increased
040950 -        through the afternoon, and about 1900 became persistent, i.e.,
040951 -        I could stop coughing for an hour or so.  This is a light, dry
040952 -        cough.  It doesn't hurt, and I am not having problems
040953 -        breathing.  There is no phlegm or other discharge, except 20
040954 -        minutes ago I vomited my lunch for some reason, which seemed
040955 -        benign - cottage cheese and tomatoes.  None of my dinner seemed
040956 -        to come up, but I did not perform a careful inventory.
