040968 -    4.  On 080606 Doctor Riley-Paul advised, during a meeting at Kaiser
040969 -        preparing for surgery to configure the Power Port, that
040970 -        problems for several years with the left arm swelling up after
040971 -        exercise, and then landing me in the ER, because my lymphatic
040972 -        system on the left side was reduced with left breast mastectomy

040993 -        new problem [of rising lymphedema due to IBC migrating to the
040994 -        lower left arm, as a result of medical mistake that failed to
040995 -        treat cancer in the breastbone area, reported by Doctor Hsu on

040997 -        Thursday, and said it requires your approval.  Has this come
