-
- 1. As per the telecon we had, here are the troubleshooting steps
- which you can try to narrow down and figure out which is
- causing the problem
- ..
- 1) Cleanboot - Start - Run - msconfig - under services tab,
- check the option which says hide all Microsoft services and
- click on disable all. Go to the Startup tab and click on
- disable all - click apply and click close and restart the
- computer, the reason why we do this is because, to figure
- out whether it's a problem with any third party software or
- not.
- ..
- 2) Try logging to your website and check.

- 3) Re-registration of dll files for IE7 - logon to
- regsvr32.notlong.com and click go and save the file and
- double click on ie_ . click on extract all and double click
- on imp_dll and keep clicking on next on the wizard and
- click finish and doubleclick on imp_dll and keep clicking
- on ok till the pop-ups stop.
- ..
- 4) Logon to ie90.notlong.com and open the file and run the
- file and doube click on internetbat file and wait till the
- dos prompt completes the process and restart the computer
- ..
- 5) Try creating a new user account - Start - Control panel -
- User account - Create new account - name it as Test with
- the administrative rights and log off from the account and
- login to the test account and check how things are. and
- reply me asap and you have a great week end J
