040957 - 3. This is a 70 year old woman with a history of inflammatory
040958 - cancer of left breast who was initially diagnosed 03/04/02 who
040959 - comes for re-evaluation. She had recurrent disease noted
040960 - initially in cervical LN's 03/03/04. She has been treated on
040961 - several salvage regimes. On Study with Avastin, she had a PE
040962 - noted on CT 11/03/2004. She was placed on aticoagulation
040963 - therapy for one year. Because of progression of disease, the
040964 - patient was started on Taxotere/Xeloda 4/15/05. She had a
040965 - total of 8 cycles ending 9/16/05. She had a palliative left
040966 - mastectomy performed 10/21/05. Then her left chest lesions
040967 - began expanding again. The patient started Taxotere/Xeloda
040968 - 07/21/06, cycle #2 on 08/14/06 and cycle #3 on 09/08/06. The
040969 - patient is here for cycle #4. She is having some chest
040970 - heaviness again like the symptoms that she had with her PE.
