331366 -        planet feels the burden of information overload and
331367 -        frustrations from being overwhelmed by poor communication,
331368 -        coordination, and follow up, which is sometimes summarized as
331369 -        failed "collaboration." Therefore, without urging that you do
331370 -        so, consideration might be given to asking 2 or 3 people in
331371 -        your labs, if the ASB draft proposal sounds like something that
331372 -        would help them do their work, i.e., would they like to have
331373 -        "intelligence" support to discover the secrets (see POIMS,
331374 -        ref OF 4 V8P1) that are "hidden in plain sight" during
331375 -        meetings, calls and the blizzard of email people experience on
331376 -        the job everyday (see again POIMS, ref OF 5 0307), so that they
331377 -        and their colleagues can get things done correctly, on time and
