070815 - There was an initial problem that the vegetable bin on the hinge side

070817 - refrigerator is deeper than the prior unit.  As a result, the door

070821 - Initially, the door stop prevented opening the door wide enough.  The
070822 - GGC service person removed the door stop on the wall, and said the
070823 - refrigerator door handle is sufficient to avoid harming the door
070824 - and/or the wall.  This was still not enough clearance.

070826 - Next, the service team shifted the refrigerator left, toward the
070827 - kitchen counter to achieve maximum clearance between the wall.  This
070828 - seems to permit just enough room for the vegetable bin to open, so it

070833 - A second problem is the refrigerator does not have a "utility" drawer,
070834 - as shown on page 6 of the product specification (owner's manual).

070836 - The prior unit has this feature, and it is helpful for storing things
070837 - like lunch meat, and other sandwich items that have been partially cut

070840 - This problem can be solved by purchasing a plastic "utility" bin from
070841 - a department store.   It would have the advantage of being easy to
070842 - remove the entire unit.  There is a disadvantage of taking up more
070843 - space, because conventional "utility" drawer is hung from the shelf,

070846 - A third problem is lack of a storage shelf in the freezer, and is more
070847 - urgent. Page 6 shows a step shelf is available for this unit that
070848 - spans the width of the refrigerator freezer.  The unit installed by
070849 - GGC today, only has a partial shelf that holds two ice trays.  The
070850 - step shelf was in the prior refrigerator, and has been very helpful
