051413 - With that idea in mind, we checked the remaining directories, and
051414 - found 03 has been moved somehow into SD.

051416 -      This was evident, because there is an 03 under 02, and there is,
051417 -      also, an 03 under SD, but not on the web.  Since there is an SD
051418 -      03 directory on the web side, that indicates an error.

051420 -      Investigation showed that the structure below 03 in SD on the web
051421 -      is the stuff for 03 at the main level that is missing.
