- We have a Sony CRX100E/CH RW CD ROM drive and recently upgraded
- our OS to w2k. Spressa used to backup up stuff on your CD ROM
- drive, and which was provided with the drive, was listed during
- installation of w2k, as not supported by w2k. We need an updated
- driver for both Spressa and ABCD another utility that came with
- the Sony RW CD ROM drive that enable use of the RW capability.
- Cannot find a resource for downloading this upgrade, on your
- website.
-
- Can you provide a direct address for getting an upgrade to w2k
- for Spressa and ABCD?

- The past two days, suddenly, everytime I open a directory or folder,
- there is a loud pop. This occurred a few months ago, and it turned
- out to be a very simple fix, but I do not have a record on it, and
- cannot figure out how to ask W2K help about this problem.
