Jack: Thanks for reminding us to keep things civil and polite on this list -- given possible misunderstandings made more likely by various use of language.
Eugene: Thanks for taking my concern seriously even though you don't currently hold it and offering to do some extra work dealing with lawyers to see that concern explored.
I attribute to everyone on this list the best of intentions. Let's move on to other discussions, please. I'm sure Eugene will post a new thread if he gets any definitive legal feedback on whether my concerns are warranted.
