After reviewing initial comments, please assist me with the following issues...
Sent and Received files should remain on the server
until I expressly delete them. This has been the practice
for the past number years we have used AT&T email service.

Time should be displayed along with the date for sent and
received documents.
..
Email address should be displayed for addresses of sent mail,
and for people from whom mail is received.
..
Document identification header should not be corrupted with
extraneous fields. From, To, Subject Date are all we need.
..
Spell check does not seem to be working. Would like this set as
a default.
