Subject: | DSL information |
Hi Mr. Welch,
This message is to confirm our conversation this morning.
We reviewed the monthly pricing (on the one-year term option) for the various DSL packages with Pacific Bell Internet as the ISP, and that there is an option to select DSL through other ISPs, some of which contract with Pacific Bell for the DSL line, others use different line providers.
The phone service provided on 415-656-2800 is on a Centrex system, which at this time is not available for DSL. One option to explore for that location is to use an existing analog line (possibly one that is currently dedicated to a fax/modem?) or add a new analog line for the DSL service.
The wire center (or central office) providing the analog service for 415-781-5700 has DSL service capability. If you would like to see if the analog line qualifies for DSL service, please contact the DSL order desk at 888-884-2375.
The ADSL service we offer at this time connects to either:
I arranged for a call-back for you from our State-wide acquisition team at 888-729-5323 (option 2 -"acquisition", then option 1 "for DSL products") to discuss the possibility of a sales presentation for DSL service.
The following web-sites have additional DSL information through Pacific Bell (including our ISP partner program) and Pacific Bell Internet:

I hope that I've covered all of the areas we discussed. If you have any questions, please let me know.
Sincerely,
Pacific Bell
