Thanks for your letter today explaining Novastor support services, and encouraging customer feedback.
Your excellent backup product shows that quality is more than a slogan at Novastore.
We are trying to use the computer to improve earnings through Knowledge Mangagement, on the theory that earnings are somewhat related to the quality of management, as Drucker points out. Better management requires tools that enable people to quickly arrange information for pattern recognition. On April 24, 1997 Peter Means requested ideas on how to format backup reports for efficient use by the customer. A letter was submitted to Novastor which shows a format that would add significant value to your backup program.
Of course everybody is so busy these days, it is difficult to accomplish all of the improvements that make products useful, and a full economy leaves little time to worry about productivity. Now, with the economy taking a pause, this may be a good time to follow up on Peter's earlier initiative.
The proposed format should not be difficult to provide as an option users can set for efficient use of backup up information.
